On Budget The Seaman Partnership offers you a service underlined by our considerable experience of a wide variety of jobs of all sizes. With this Partnership, if an alteration is necessary during a project, you will be provided with a full explanation of the reasons, new costing and alternatives - well in advance. Our research shows that typical misunderstandings and concerns with building and architectural work, tend to arise over ‘unforeseen overspends.’ Overspends can be the result of hidden development charges, project misunderstandings, unforeseen building work required, or new features added after final design approval.
