Commissioned by the international book publisher John Wiley and Sons Ltd to enable expansion of their existing HQ building in Chichester into an independent 3 storey office building providing circa 1837m2 / 19775sq.ft. of net lettable floor area on an adjacent site. To maintain corporate identity the new office façade uses the same components in the external envelope as the HQ but in a different style.

The building was completed in February 2007 on time and within budget.
